servingo s a project sponsored by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi) on the occasion of the FIFA World Cup 2006 in Germany.

servingo will support visitors and participants of the World Cup 2006 in matters of mobility and through targeted, entertaining information (infotainment) and communication options, thereby helping to promote the "tournament's efficient, performance-oriented ODER productive and innovative execution in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere". servingo will help give World Cup visitors the feeling that they are "visiting friends".
